Research & Development:
The phrase ‘Research and Development’ (or, more often, R&D), refers to ‘creative work undertaken based on the ideas from day to day life, in order to increase the knowledge, and use of this knowledge to devise new products’. R&D activities are conducted by qualified designers on regular basis to develop new designs, color-combinations & styles. The designing is completely in-house. Products are developed keeping in mind the buyer’s requirements, its asthetic looks, the decorative purpose and its functional usage.
